Cat Purr: We just can't help it but to name this demure looking dress after our lovely lady. We absolutely dig the tiered skirt design and the denim-like material. This dress comes with a white necklace. With the inner lining for the skirt, you don't have to worry about VPL. ;) Smocked at the back for better fit.
