Cat Purr: Chiffon dress again? LOL! We just couldn't get enough of chiffon. (Pssttt.. another one is coming later) There's this mojo with this dress.. the tiered ruffles, the soft chiffon..... it's just so romantic. Makes us feel like falling in love. teehee.. And, the material and the make are just superb, definitely a good quality dress.
