♥ The New Cat in a Bowl

Like the new Cat in a Bowl? We know we love it to bits! The new layout is so refreshing, clean & "high-fashion" :p. We hope you love it as muchie as we do.

You know, how messy our old layout used to be.. urghh.. we didn't know what to do with it so, we decided to leave it to the pro. Thanks to Haze from BlushBerry, we have this wonderful new facelift! We had fun working with her & all we can say is she did a great job. Now, it's easier to navigate in our lil space, isn't it?

Oh, did we mention she has a great blog? Make-up tutorials, photoshop tutorials, fashion reviews & freebies as well! Do head over her space.. but I warn you, it's real addictive :p

With the new layout we've some amendments as well:

• In the future, please fill up our Order Form for any orders. You can still mail us if you have any enquiry. The Order Form tab can be found that the top bar. We're doing this order form thing to reduce the confusion and to be fair to everyone as we work in first come first serve basis. Orders via email/chatbox always tend to become messy after some point & sometimes we overlook & we're really sorry for that.
• For item restocking, advanced payment is required. We've far too many cases where ppl when MIA after asking for restock.
  
• About reservation, we're quite lenient actually. As long as you let us know the period, we'll reserve the item for you. At least give us a tentative date. We don't like chasing you for payment & we know you don't like it either. Please be considerate because sometimes there're other babes waiting in line for the item(s) you reserved. So, if you're not really interested to buy, just drop us a message. We know, sometimes you're busy or it just slip your mind but do response when we email/text you. Don't keep us in the dark & let us wonder where are you. We really appreciate our buyers who actually do that, letting us know about the status, *hugs*.
• Don't worry, we won't have those customer blacklist list. :)
• We're not going to increase the postage fee although there's a hike in Pos Laju rates. It defeat the purpose of shopping online if the postage is expensive, right?
  
• Starting from next month, we'll have monthly promotion. Something different for everymonth. So, watch out for that.
